About Noel

Strategic Execution Partner to CEOs at $200M to $2B

Thirty years inside the rooms where operational transformation is won or lost.

Why I do this work

Change is inevitable. Chaos is optional
Every leader I've worked with had a vision they believed in. A transformation worth taking on. A mandate that mattered. And a team they trusted, already running the business at capacity.

For thirty years, I've sat alongside CEOs and leadership teams during the work that defines a tenure. Value creation programs. Post-acquisition integrations. AI-era rebuilds. Operations Management Offices that became the spine of how the company actually runs.

What I've learned: vision is the easy part. The hard part is the math of asking the team already running the business to deliver the next chapter on top of it.

The CEOs I work with refuse to choose between the two. They won't gamble the outcome. They won't gamble the team. So they bring in someone whose only job is making the work land, with the team stronger on the other side.

Operating experience and coaching capacity in the same chair. Turning bold vision into delivered outcomes. Turning ambition into the kind of lift that defines a CEO's tenure.
That's what 'chaos is optional' looks like in practice.

Case Outcomes

  • $341M operational benefit on $240M spend at a $1.7B public SaaS company. A 20-point contribution margin lift the board could take to investors.

  • $180M post-acquisition integration at a $1B global fintech combining two separate companies into an effective one, without losing the value that made the deal worth doing.

  • Dramatically turned the profit margin from  -170% to +42% over a 90-day turnaround mandate by implementing a different operational system with the legacy team.

  • New offshore operations center opened in 90 days.  The team taking it on rated the change 4.2 of 5 on satisfaction and applicability.

Plus thirty years leading:

What's different about working with me?

Most senior operators with my background are still inside companies, or they've left to take operating partner roles at PE firms with carry attached. I chose differently.

Independent. Embedded. One CEO at a time. The independence is the point.

The work itself requires a specific kind of presence. Sitting at the leadership table without a title in the org chart. Holding the through-line between strategy and delivery. Getting a team that doesn't report to me to row in the same direction. That's harder than it sounds. It's the kind of capability senior leaders observe and lean into without being asked.

I bring thirty years of building systems and being on the hook for outcomes from inside companies. Not advising. Building.

Flat fees. No performance bonus. No carry. No products to sell. No board to answer to but yours.

If you're driving something consequential, let's talk.
